Currently, the ASUSTOR US Store ships exclusively to valid physical addresses within the contiguous United States.
What is the return policy for ASUSTOR products?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery:
- Defective or Damaged Items (DOA): If your item arrives non-functional or physically damaged, contact us within 30 days for a prepaid UPS return label and a full refund or free replacement.
- Standard Returns (Change of Mind): Unopened and unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply if original seals are broken.
When will I receive my products after placing an order?
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and official U.S. holidays).
Once dispatched via UPS, standard transit times generally range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your delivery location and the UPS shipping service selected at checkout. Total fulfillment time from order placement to delivery is approximately 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your shipment is on its way.

All ASUSTOR NAS devices purchased from our official US Store come with a 3-year limited warranty. Accessories and expansion units are covered for 1 to 2 years depending on the model. We provide local US RMA support for hassle-free repairs.
Do hard drives come included with the NAS?
Our NAS devices are sold as "diskless" (barebone) units by default so you can choose the storage capacity that best fits your needs. Please refer to our official compatibility list to choose supported HDDs/SSDs.
